My current projects include guiding housing affordability grantmaking programs to support state-level housing advocacy and local affordable housing and homeless service organizations; expanding an affordable housing centralized listing and application platform across California and the U.S.; building Community Development Corporation (CDC) and Community Land Trust capacity; and advising on housing policy/process implementation on affordable housing listing and application portals in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Detroit and beyond.
